Meet Dustin Lyons.
Founder, RecoveryOps Consulting
Business, recovery, and human services brought together.
My path into this work brings together business, recovery, and human services. My own recovery experience helped shape my decision to enter the substance-use field. Working alongside others in recovery has continued to shape how I think about service, responsibility, and the kind of work I want to do.
Through experience in treatment and recovery housing, I have worked on the practical details that help a program function: intake processes, staff guidance, schedules, handbooks, and community resources.
RecoveryOps grew from a question I keep returning to: how can I help more people by supporting the organizations doing this work every day?
I am still learning and figuring out what that can look like. What I bring is a willingness to listen, experience with the work, and a practical approach to building systems people can use.
